What we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have, in plain language.
This policy explains what information ReProp Solutions ("ReProp", "we", "us") collects when you use repropsolutions.com or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it plain and short.
1. Information we collect
What you give us. When you request a cash offer or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number and email address, the property's address, type and condition, your reason for selling, your timeline, an optional asking price, any notes you add, and your consent to be contacted. We also keep the messages you send us by email, text or phone.
What we collect automatically. When you visit the site we may collect your device and browser type, the pages you view, the website you came from, the date and time, and advertising details such as campaign tags (UTM parameters), Google or Facebook click IDs and the page you first landed on. We collect this using cookies and similar technology.
2. How we use it
- To review your property, prepare an offer and talk with you about it.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your property.
- To run, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements.
3. Calls and text messages
When you submit a form, you agree that ReProp may contact you about your property by phone, text message or email, including at the number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing by telling us or writing to michael@repropsolutions.com. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form processing, email, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta).
- Closing partners, such as title companies and real estate lawyers, when you move forward with a sale.
- Other buyers. If we work with another buyer on your property, we may share the property details and the information needed to complete the sale. We will tell you who the buyer is before you sign.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or to other companies for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people use the site and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts. Blocking cookies will not stop you from requesting an offer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your request, to meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements and to resolve disputes. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. Please do not send us your Social Security number, bank account details or other sensitive identification through the website or by email. We will not ask for them there.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, including some U.S. states and Canada, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. To make a request, email michael@repropsolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
9. Children
This website is for adults who own or are authorized to sell property. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Where information is processed
Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States, Canada and other places where they operate, which may have different privacy laws from where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
