The simple rules for using this website and requesting a cash offer.
These terms explain the rules for using repropsolutions.com (the "site"), which is run by ReProp Solutions ("ReProp", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
The site gives you information about ReProp and a way to ask for a cash offer on your property. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy, a contract or a promise that we will buy your property.
2. Our offers
Any offer we give you is a non-binding estimate based on what you tell us and what we learn when we review the property. It becomes binding only when you and ReProp both sign a written purchase agreement. We may change or withdraw an offer if the information we were given turns out to be different, or if we find issues with the property, its condition or its title. You are not obligated to accept any offer, and you keep any right to cancel that the law gives you.
3. Our role in the sale
ReProp is the buyer. If it is not the right fit for us, we may bring forward another buyer who is willing to purchase the property under the same conditions. We are buying for ourselves or for that buyer. We are not acting as your agent or representing you in the sale. We will explain our role to you in writing before you sign, and where the law requires a separate written disclosure, we will give you one.
4. Your information
When you submit a request, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you own the property or are authorized to sell it. Please don't submit information about someone else's property without permission.
5. Not professional advice
Information on the site is general. It is not legal, financial, tax or real estate advice, and you should talk to a lawyer or another qualified professional about your own situation, especially if you are facing foreclosure, handling an estate or have tenants in the property.
6. Calls and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your property, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
7. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes sending false or spam requests, using bots or scrapers, trying to break or get around the site's security, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Ownership of content
The site's text, design, logos and other content belong to ReProp or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
9. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. No guarantees
